Pumpkin Pie Martini |
One ounce Blue Ice Vodka
4 ounces Da Vinci Pumpkin Pie Syrup
Put both ingredients in a shaker with ice
Shake well and pour into a Martini glass that has been rimmed with sugared cinnamon |
Baileys Chocolatini |
2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
¼ oz Blue Ice Vodka
¼ oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
Place all the above in a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a chilled Martini Glass
Sprinkle with cocoa powder and enjoy!

Bananas Foster Martini |
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Monin Chai
1 1/2 oz. Coconut Rum
1/2 oz. Dekuyper Banana Liqueur
2 oz. Hot Water
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Strain into a warmed martini glass and float dried banana chips in the martini glass. |
Shaker's Chocolate Martini |
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Smirnoff Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Mint Baileys Irish Cream
1/2 oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
Chocolate syrup
Garnish: Mint leaf
Directions:
Chill Martini glass by placing ice in empty glass and let stand. Mix Mint Baileys Irish Cream, Smirnoff Vodka, and Godiva white chocolate liqueur over ice in a shaker. Shake well or until frost develops on outside of metal shaker. Remove Ice from chilled Martini glass. Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside edges of the chilled martini glass. Strain cocktail from shaker into chilled martini glass and garnish with a mint leaf. Enjoy. |
Roasted Chocolate Martini |
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Monin Carmel
1 oz. Coconut Rum
1 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
3 oz. Hot Cocoa
Mix all ingredients together in a shaker. Strain into a warmed, toasted coconut or chocolate rimmed martini glass. Enjoy with a friend! |
Blavod Black Dahlia Martini |
• 3 ounces Blavod Vodka
• 1/2 ounce Chambord
• 1/2 ounce Kahlua
• Twist of orange peel
Stir the vodka, Chambord and Kahlua in a cocktail pitcher almost filled with crushed ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
Each serving contains (in case you care): 301 calories; 0 protein; 14 grams of carbohydrates; 0 fiber; 0 fat; 0 saturated fat; 0 cholesterol; 3 mg of sodium. |
Granny Smith - Blood Orange Freeze |
3 oz. Monin Blood Orange
4 oz. Cold Purified Water
2 Cups Ice

1 oz. Monin Granny Smith Apple
2 oz. Cold Purified Water
1 Cup Ice
Garnish: Whipped cream, Maraschino Cherry
1. In one blender, blend ingredients for Blood Orange Freeze, until smooth.
2. In second blender, blend ingredients for Apple Freeze, until smooth.
3. Layer Blood Orange and Granny Smith Apple freeze in glass. Garnish. |
Margarita Prima Bacio |
1 ¼ oz. Tequila
1 ¼ oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Monin Pomegranate
Juice of 2 oranges, freshly squeezed
Juice of 1 lime wedge, freshly squeezed
Shake and pour into a 16 oz. glass. Margarita Prima Bacio was one of three winning cocktails in the "La Dolce Rita" contest sponsored by Rémy Cointreau and Vogue. The winning cocktail and its creator, bartender Jennifer Rivera of Carrabba's Italian Grill, were featured in a four page Cointreau ad in the November 2006 issue of Vogue magazine. |
Classic Mojito |
• 3/4 oz. Monin Mojito Mix
• 1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
• 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice (optional)
• Ice
• Club Soda
Pour first 3 ingredients into mixing glass filled with ice. Shake well to mix, then top with soda and stir. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wedges. |
Cheers Raspberry Tea |
• 1 oz. Gin
• 1 oz. Banana Rum
• 1 oz. Chambord
• 1 oz. Vodka
• Pineapple Juice
Fill a 16 oz. glass with ice. Pour in all liquor and fill the glass up with pineapple juice. Float with fresh raspberries. Makes a great drink by the pool. Warning: Do not drink too many... it may cause you to believe you can do a double gainer off the high board. |
